Direct CounselWolf EPUB and audiobook purchases are generally final once secure download access is made available, except where a refund is required by law.
If a file is defective, the download does not work, the delivered edition does not match the item purchased, or you were charged incorrectly, contact intake@atlbproductions.com with your Stripe receipt or checkout-session information. CounselWolf will review the transaction and provide corrected access, a replacement file, or a refund when appropriate.
A completed refund revokes access to the associated digital entitlement. Purchasing grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. It does not permit resale, redistribution, public posting, or commercial reuse of the files.
